The Month September is a special month as it starts the beginning of EMBER MONTHS, it is the 9th Month of the year, and it is also the month of Delivery of all long awaiting blessings. A bigger AMEN to that… AMEN

September can be said to be an acronym for

S - Supernatural Sufficiency for you and family,
E - Emancipation from Evil in this present world,
P - Peace and Promotion all the day long,
T  Total Triumph in all your engagement,
E - Empowered and Enabled to be the best,
M - Mandated Miracle as you put your trust in God,
B - Blessing of Breakthrough as desire in your heart,
E - Embraced and Enveloped by God
R - Remembered and Rewarded accordingly.

September is also an acronym for

S - Special,
E - Exploits,
P - Prepared,
T - To,
E - Enables you
M - Manifest,
B - By,
E - Embracing,
R - Real art of Prayer

I pray that all this associated blessings will find full expression upon your life, work, family and belongings in Jesus Name.

This month of September, I want us to review together a Christian book “The Art of Prayer” written by Kenneth E. Hagin.  This handbook on how to pray consist of 209 pages with 26 chapters and we will be going through each chapter every day for the next 26 days, I think that’s a fair deal. Uhm… So sail along as we begins with chapter 1 today.

DAY 1 , CHAPTER 1 – WHY PRAY?

The whole essence of prayer is more expatiated in this chapter, it bless me real good to discover the purpose of prayer. A Quote from it “…it seems God is limited by our prayer life – that he can do nothing for humanity unless someone asks him…”

You want to reason that out?... I challenge you to read this book and share your thought with us.

BECOME A BETTER LEARNER - “WHAT HAVE I LEARNED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?”

Staying within your comfort zone is a good way to prepare for today but a terrible way to prepare for tomorrow. Agreed?

To sustain success, you must develop the capacity for rapid, continuous learning. Enlisting a coach can be an invaluable way to do it. But if you don’t have a coach, ask some colleagues for feedback on how you performed on a recent task.

Don’t get defensive when you hear their answers — remind yourself that you’re trying to learn new things. Then make time for reflection. Get into the habit of asking yourself questions like “What have I learned from this experience?” and “What turned out differently than I expected?”

Leaders who demonstrate and encourage reflection both learn more themselves and lay the foundation for higher levels of learning agility in their teams and organizations.

ACT OF COMMUNICATION - CASE STUDY OF YOUNG EXECUTIVE AND THE CEO.

Bad bosses can make your work life pretty miserable, making you hate a job you once loved and taking away your motivation to do a good work.

But what makes these bad bosses so bad?

Let's examine this scenario together, A young executive was leaving the office late one evening when he found the CEO standing in front of a shredder with a piece of paper in his hand.

"Listen," said the CEO, "this is a very sensitive and important document here, and my secretary has gone for the night. Can you make this thing work?"

"Certainly," said the young executive. He turned the machine on, inserted the paper, and pressed the start button.

"Excellent, excellent!" said the CEO as his paper disappeared inside the machine. "I just need one copy."

Just imagine this .... what do you think went wrong.

Feel free to share your view!
