YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE HAPPY TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

Warm greetings and compliment of the seasons to you again. One will want to wonder how the clock is fast ticking again with no intention of waiting for anyone, but sorry you can't fathom that because that’s how is designed and it’s fulfilling it purpose.

A lot of people have started the race again in other to survive the tough terrain of life whichever how the means could be; all well and good, ”the hand of the diligent shall be make fat(rich). So it not totally out of place.

Different New Year resolutions and decisions have been made by different individuals in other to scale the utmost height. But one thing is needful for building that success foundation and maintaining it as well as sustaining it; and that is “doing the right thing without any compromise whatsoever”.

It was around 4:15pm Wednesday evening, when a senior colleague knocked on my door in the office to request for an important information and classified document for him to perform his duty and function, he know fully well that I am in the best position to help so he approached me and made his request.  Without missing word, I asked him to send his request through mail and copy my boss, to my surprise this young man became very displease with an angry countenance all over his face.

He responded by saying the "ogas" meaning the directors know about it (his request) and so is not necessary to send any email to that effect.  Well, I stood my ground and didn’t bother to listen to any other thing he has to say. “Oh yes, both of us are working together to achieve the organization goal and to meet our target in various capacity” but the truth still remain the truth.

The moral, why does people not always willing to do the right thing? Why do people deliberately want to compromise for them to scale through odds and get work done sharp sharp? This has been my thought ever since.

Doing the right thing can never be substitute for anything. To get the best success you’ve always desired, achieving greater height in career, academics and business. It is imperative to do what is right and stand your ground.

Among other New Year resolutions you must have made, let this also be the foundation of them all; Not to compromise, & having a strong will to do the right things.

To share your own experience on the above subject matter. Contact me @odunayoadeyinka or mail me: odunayo.adeyinka@gmail.com  and let share idea.

Enjoy your day!.
